The Class
CIRCUIT TRAINING IS AN EXCELLENT CLASS TO TRAIN THE BODY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. IT CONSISTS OF STATIONS/EXERCISES SET UP BY LISA/CIARAN WHICH MIGHT BE TIMED OR HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF REPS TO COMPLETE. SOME STATIONS/EXERCISES MAY BE CARDIO TO GET HEART RATE UP OR OTHER MAY BE TONING STATIONS TO TONE THE MUSCLES. IT WILL BE A MIX OF EXERCISES EACH TIME AND TRAINERS WILL GO THROUGH THEM WITH EVERYONE AND ADAPT THE STATIONS FOR BEGINNERS IF NECESSARY. THERE WILL ALSO BE A WARM AND A COOL DOWN WITH STRETCHING TO FINISH.
