Power Lifting is ideal for anyone looking to try a different type of training, focusing on Dead lifts, Squats and Bench Press with the aim of entering a couple of competitions out throughout the year. Our beginners course is designed to work on technique in order to join the advanced group. Numbers will be limited and commitment is necessary.
