The Class
SPIN & TONE CLASSES ARE IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS TO SPIN CYCLING, THEY INTRODUCE THE CYCLING SECTION AND BUILD UP CONFIDENCE WITH CYCLING. THE CLASS WILL CONSIST OF 20 MINUTES CYCLING FOLLOWED BY 40 MINUTES OF TONING EXERCISES TO TONE UP. A NICE BALANCE OF CARDIO AND TONING TO GIVE THE BODY FOR A FULL WORKOUT.
