The Class

Strength & condition class aimed at intermediate and advanced clients. Fast paced combined with high intensity interval training (cardio), calastetics, body weight training, plyometrics, speed and power, weight lifting and power lifting.

You will push, pull, press, dip, drag, carry, twist and crawl your way to a better body.

You learn correct lifting techniques, use movement based preparation for warmup and cool down to improve mobility to increase performance and reduce risk of injury
