STRENGTH SPIN IS A CLASS RAN BY CIARAN, HE DEVISES A PLAN FOR STRENGTH WORK FOR THE FIRST 40 MINUTES USING A VARIETY OF EQUIPMENT FOLLOWED BY 20 MINUTE HIIT TRAINING ON THE SPIN BIKE. THIS IS AN ADVANCED CLASS AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND NEW CLIENTS TO TRY OUT A FEW OTHER CLASSES BEFORE HEADING TO THIS CLASS TO BUILD UP FITNESS.
