The Class

TOTAL TONE CLASSES CONSIST OF A WARM UP AT THE START FOLLOWED BY TONING EXERCISES FOR THE WHOLE BODY AND FINALLY A COOL DOWN AND STRETCH. EACH CLASS WILL BE DIFFERENT SOME WILL CONSIST OF TIMED EXERCISES, OTHERS OF A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF REPS USING A RANGE OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT. IT IS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS AND A GREAT CLASS TO TONE THE WHOLE BODY.
