The Class

These classes are designed for everyone of all ages and all fitness levels. Instructors will have a workout of the day on the board that will focus on strength which may include weights, trxs, kettlebells, prowler, tyres, assault bikes, hand weights bars or indeed your own body weight. Instructors will demonstrate exercises and explain different variations where needed and how many to perform. Then clients are advised to warm up and complete as much as they feel possible during the 30 mins. An ideal quick workout for busy clients. €6 per class or as part of our unlimited weekly classes for €25.
